Who can get the ESNcard?

You can get the ESNcard, if you belong to one of the following groups:

  • Erasmus+ students, trainees and International incoming students.
  • International incoming students or trainees on a mobility program, other than Erasmus+.
  • ESNers: either active on the Local, National or International Level. They are all members of a section.
  • ESN buddies.

What do I need to make an ESNcard?

You can order your ESNcard online, ORDER NOW, or  visit our office and bring:

  • your ID/passport
  • ESNcard fee 10€.

How long is my ESNcard valid for?

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. The acquisition date is written on the ESNcard.

Can I take part in ESN events of other sections?

Usually yes, but in some countries/cities, this is not possible due to different applicable laws. Please check with the section organizing the event/activity. You can check your ESN section HERE.
